Even though basketball season is over, we are continuing to work to support our local charities. By teaming up with the Duke Basketball Office, we are very excited to annouce the Crazies Who Care Benefit Dinner. Held in the new Michael Krzyzewski Center, we are hosting an event to bring students, fans, and the basketball teams together for a fun, laid-back evening.
The evening will features speakers, such as Marleah Rogers of the Emily K. Center, will be catered by Durham Catering and will be on April 25 at 6. Tickets cost $50, with all proceeds going to benefit the Emily K. Center.

Who are we?
Crazies Who Care is a new student group at Duke University supporting two organizations with close ties to the Duke community. All money that we raise will be donated to the Emily Krzyzewski Center and the Duke Children’s Hospital.
The Emily K. Center aims to help local, economically disadvantaged children to excel both in school and in life. Through education, the Center hopes that each child will be able to realize his or her potential to become a leader and to succeed. The Emily K. Center has seen great success in its first years of operation and with continued community support will have a large and lasting influence within the Durham area.
Duke Children’s Hospital offers many medical services to children and adolescents and is internationally recognized for its continued excellence. Additionally, Duke Children’s continues to innovate in both basic and applied research and is a strong advocate for children’s health.
During the basketball season, we invite students to make a donation of $1 to our group as they enter basketball games. We also host several different events during the year, including several during our Go To Hell Carolina week. As an ongoing fundraiser, we are also selling shirts through the Duke Store.
